If you’re looking to focus on weight loss, this is the program for you!

6 week Program 

The goal is to get you to a healthier lifestye! 

(One registration per person)

-Weekly Check in meetings via zoom every Monday 8PM 

- Must Complete 30 (45 min workouts of any movement)

Number your workouts

Weekly weigh in videos are submitted every amonday before noon. Failing to submit will terminate you from the program. 

Accountability and Support is as strong as the effort you put into your journey.

FINAL STEPS: 

1) Create a fitness page - to record your workouts unless you’re going to use your current personal instagram to post your workouts. 

2) Send us a message on the main page with the words “ Committed” 

3) Buy a scale for your weekly weigh-ins.

4) Prepare, Plan and Rest!
