Hi Ladies,

I’m Salamasina Ali but I go by Sala for short. I made the decision to become a fitness/ run coach because I’ve spent years trying to become a runner and also lose weight. I’ve tried every diet and exercise program you can think of. As a result my weight fluctuated and left me feeling defeated. All that changed when I made it to the other side of my achieved goals. I want to use my skills, experience and journey to help others.

I care about my clients and there’s nothing more important to me than helping you through this journey to a happier, confident & strong woman. I know how it feels to be overweight and how it affects your life. I want to help you discover the benefits of fitness and running.
