Nutrition Coach

As your Nutrition/Fitness Coach my focus is to influence you in changing your nutrition habits through education and proper motivation. It is my goal to take fear and discomfort out of nutrition. 

Growing up in a Polynesian household, food is everything which resulted in the difficulty of losing weight. Over the years, I have joined shred challenges and competed in a physique competition which helped me to find what worked for me so that I could reach my health goals. Working out and learning the importance of nutrition is what brought me to where I am today. 

Studying nutrition has become a passion and it has allowed me to share that with others. I am a firm believer that weight loss is 80% nutrition and 20% being active. I am here to help you better understand the importance of nutrition and to help guide you as you reach your individual goals. I have trained and watched many people make changes to their eating habits, leading them to progress in their fitness journeys. Seeing their progress, no matter how big or small, inspires me to continue to do what I do.
